It is your legal right to have your vehicle repaired at an Accident Repair Centre of your choice.  Your insurance company WILL try to insist that you have your vehicle repaired at their own garage, however they cannot force you to!  Often the insurance companies own garage will take longer to complete your repairs.  Also, unlike your insurance companies own repair garage we can more often than not offer you a discount on your insurance excess of up to 50% !!  Ask for details when you obtain your estimate from us.
